Account and Data Deletion Policy

We provide users with a way to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Through the app:

Open Settings → Delete Account and follow the verification and confirmation steps.

Without the app:

Visit official website and submit a deletion request through support email. You do not need to reinstall the app.

For email requests, use the subject “Account Deletion Request – Bankpe ” and provide your registered email address or mobile number. Do not send your password or OTP.

2. Verification and Processing

We may verify account ownership before processing your request to prevent unauthorised deletion.

Verified requests are completed within 7 to 10 working days . We will notify you through email when deletion is complete.

3. Data We Delete

We permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including:

[Profile and contact information actually collected]
[Login credentials and authentication records]
[Saved preferences, addresses, uploaded content, and other applicable data]
[Other account-linked data collected by the app]

Where service providers process this data on our behalf, we also request its deletion, subject to the retention exceptions below.

4. Data Retained After Deletion

We retain only information needed for legitimate purposes, such as legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention.

Data retained : Customer ID

Reason : Referral Missmanagement

Retention period : 2-3 Days

Retained information has restricted access and is deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.

We do not store any data of customer after deletion of their account.

5. Effect of Account Deletion

Once completed, account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to the account and deleted information. Uninstalling the app or temporarily deactivating an account does not delete it.

Subscriptions, orders, or wallet balances ( Reamining Fund will be transfer to customers via UPI or Bank account while requesting )
